The DDC controllers being offered include both a BACnet and LON^® option. This option provides VAV controls that can easily be integrated into the building operating system at a savings in time and labor.

The basic 102 METALAIRE DDC Controller can control up to two functions such as 2 stages of electric heat for a single duct VAV terminal or 1 stage of electric heat and fan control for a fan powered terminal unit. Units can also control a hot water valve (requires 2 outputs).

The more advanced 104 METALAIRE DDC Controller offers more capability for a LON VAV controller with up to three functions such as 3 stages of heat for a single duct VAV terminal or 2 stages of heat and fan control for a fan powered terminal unit. Units can also control a hot water valve (requires 2 outputs) .

The BACnet 430 METALAIRE DDC Controller offers three functions such as 3 stages of heat for a single duct VAV terminal or 3 stages of heat and fan control for a fan powered terminal unit. Units can also control a hot water valve (requires 2 outputs).
